Pros

Freedom, strong support from management, work outside mostly, rewarding work, company is solid and ethical, catered food, car allowance, great pay if you like the grind

Cons

Commission only, high prices of product, low prices of unethical competitors makes it difficult to effectively compete with a competitive price

Pros

Lots of training and support from local and corporate management. This is not a job, it’s a career that is rewarding financially and personally. Management pushes work/life balance and personal growth... this is a team environment. W2 vs 1099 is huge!! This is a real place of business with w2 employees that are focused on selling the best product in the industry.

Cons

401k match could be improved. Not really cons.. just know nothing comes easy in life that is worth anything

Pros

Great work environment, everyone works as a team which makes the job both enjoyable and stress free.

Cons

They do not inform people of changes in bonus structure. You just receive a surprise check worth a significantly lower amount of money. There also is not much room for growth.

We offer bonuses as a benefit for our employees to earn additional money. Any changes to our bonus programs are always done by informing our employees in advance so that there are no surprises. I am unsure of what happened in your case but I do appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Your comments on improving communication when there are new policies and procedures is good, we are always striving to be better and communication is an area that can always use improvement.
