      - very innovative vision and direction - supportive managers - supportive sales team - beautiful show room

      Cons

      - Takes a while to get into the flow of pay checks - 100% commission so pay checks are very volatile; some will be great and some will be not so great

      Everyone I work with is so helpful and informative. The hiring managers really want you to excel and they will go above and beyond to make sure you will!
