Pros

Training (huge amount of constant training), car allowance, and last and Most importantly the PEOPLE! Ping pong table, my first sale the President of a 100 million dollar plus company emailed me within ten mins of closing my first sale! Electronic everything...just amazing tools provided.

Cons

First two months. Commission checks sent after work is perfromed (which makes sense) but need to be committed to working hard first two or three months to get sales funnel going.

Pros

Extremely supportive with excellent training and opportunity for advancement. Working with people to help change their lives and homes is rewarding and we get to see the project unfold from start to finish. Culture is very work life balanced and team oriented.

Cons

Its not for everybody if you don't want to meet with people and or have a problem working evenings and on the weekends its not the right job for you. Need to be career oriented, this isn't a temporary/part time job...

I love this job because we are given warm leads every day from clients who call in for our services. We have an awesome system that works! We have unlimited earning potential. We have an awesome team culture.

Cons

There is a lot of driving involved. You will be working on weekends, and late evenings. It takes a special kind of In-Home sales professional to make it in this role, but well worth it off you've got what it takes.
