Pros

Lots of free time for personal or prospecting on your own. Pre set appointments are great. They provide all the tools you need to be successful. The people and atmosphere are wonderful. Company perks like outings and holiday gatherings plus contests to win gift cards are always fun. You can make as little or as much as you can on each appointment.

Cons

It gets slow in the winter so be prepared with a savings account or able to prospect on your own. It is sales so you go through a lot of NO's to get to yes so you have to prepare a positive mental attitude to handle that.

This is hands down the best company I have ever worked for! If you want to be surrounded by the most inspiring and motivated group of people this is the place to be! I can't sing enough praises about this company not only at an office level but as an entire entity. Every day with this company is an opportunity to help grow and develop yourself! Gary Ruddell is the BEST BOSS EVER! But no matter whose leadership you are under you will be so happy to be a part of this company, it is simply the best.

Pros

wonderful co-workers, staff, management, etc. have always enjoyed working with everyone. I have learned so many different jobs over the course of employment. Very grateful to have been given the opportunity to work with the company and continue to learn, grow, and enjoy the experiences offered

Cons

I do not have any that I can think of off at the moment. I haven't had any issues while working with the company that I would consider to be a downside of the job
