Amazing training! Awesome products! Fantastic projects!! Super proud of the work we do. Huge compensation and award opportunities! My team and manager are always there to help me out. Super fun and friendly office environment.

Cons

Not a con, but you should have at least a couple months of living expenses saved. Save up 4 - 5 months, pass the training and you can totally change your entire professional career!

This is a family owned company that has locations on the entire West Coast. With this many locations it would easy to become a statistic, however- the ownership and management team go out of their way to create a culture that rewards top performers and treats each member as family. Employee development, team culture and customer service are key to this company's continued growth and success.

Cons

This is not really a con but- this is a fast paced opportunity that requires hard work and continued training on your craft

Pros

Training (huge amount of constant training), car allowance, and last and Most importantly the PEOPLE! Ping pong table, my first sale the President of a 100 million dollar plus company emailed me within ten mins of closing my first sale! Electronic everything...just amazing tools provided.

Cons

First two months. Commission checks sent after work is perfromed (which makes sense) but need to be committed to working hard first two or three months to get sales funnel going.
