      Pros

      Flexible with schedules, start time and end time. While not remote, there is the ability to work from home if something comes up, ex a kid is sick, you have to be home for a plumber etc.

      Cons

      Not competitive with pay making people come back to the office insurance isn't great for families Upper management doesn't listen to the people who understand what is going on, rather they would prefer to listen to other old Indian men even if they are not qualified in the area

      Great Company and Winning Culture

      Pros

      + Senior Leadership - very focused on their employees (no problem is too small, and a very open door policy), minimal micro management (trust their team members to know what it takes to be successful and empowers them to achieve their goals). + Company culture - really focuses on coaching and mentoring their employees to grow within their current roles in addition to growing their careers (i.e. - promotions, leadership, management, etc.) + Strong Commission Structure and Competitive Salaries - SSTech has a very aggressive commission plan for their top performers to truly be in control of their earning potential in addition to competitive salaries that are not draw based. + Awards and Recognitions - Quarterly Company Wide Awards, Annual Recognitions, President Club Trips

      Cons

      - A 401k match plan has not been implemented yet but management is working on this
