      Pros

      Well organized company which provides great support to the employees and places in project on time. Great immigration support team with high success rate in H1 and green card processing.(I got my H1B, GC in process) Regularly checks on the consultants to help them in case of any difficulties with the project. Good pay-rate and excellent benefits. Very knowledgeable and straightforward in marketing process. No shortcuts.

      Cons

      Not much. Compared to the pros, I can't think much of cons. It is all about the individual's performance in the clients site.

      Pros

      Company has strong fundamentals around employee care and compliance with regulations. These fundamentals give lot of confidence and comfort to employee so they can focus on their work and help grow the company as well. They offer better compensation and benefits than others in their space.

      Cons

      The company business model is based on service but they have talent to make their own products

      Pros

      I have worked with SST for almost 9 yrs and never had any issue with my H1B renewals. The Immigration team is very good and knowledgable. All my renewals have been went fine without any RFE. My Salary payment have always been on time.

      Cons

      None i can think of
