Pros

I was only an intern, but I had free range to find projects of interest and make them happen. The company seemed to offer a very good benefits package and offer a strong work/life balance.

Cons

There didn't always seem to be work, and at times I felt that people were hoping (sometimes concerned) about when the next contract would pop up.

Pros

Good benefits, strong ethics, good people

Cons

Chances for advancement may be limited due to trend of hiring people who already have leadership/management experience, rather than trying to grow it internally. However recently there have been efforts to reverse this trend.

Pros

The Benefits are comprehensive and very generous and there is a real emphasis on work life balance.

Cons

42.5 hour work week. I personally feel isolated from my co-workers as everyone has their own office. Most people would see that as a pro, but I work better in a teamwork environment.
