Pros

Salary, Holidays, good success rate on immigration

Cons

They don’t provide relieving letters even though I worked more than 3 years. No experience letter They won’t provide original petition documents or I 140. crazy rules in offer letter They won’t pickup the calls once you joined or exit.

If you are done with your project they will not be intrested to place you... they will terminate you

Cons

Dont join this company ..your life will be messed up and you will be utilizing cap gap if you end your project .No employ sympathy

Thank you for your response. STG does not terminate employees when projects are completed. So we are not sure what happened in your specific case. STG pays all employees 100% of wages and does provide for paid training to help employees upskill to newer emerging technologies. STG also pays for certification (i.e. Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, AWS, etc.) to help support employees upskilling. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.

HR will not share the visa documents

Pros

None. No salary increments even after manager approval and client increments.

Cons

STG will never share your legal visa documents even though they dont have any right to do so. They will withhold the documents like H1-B which is federal document which states the visa length of an employee. I felt like the workers in Dubai whose passport gets taken away and are made to work. If anyone else is facing this issue, please be advised that this is illegal for any employer to hold on to the original documents like the H1-B and such companies can be reported anonymously.
