Worst organisation i have ever worked with. Not at all a safe place for women. They don't have much projects and rely on only one client. The management sucks and doesn't value any individual. The Senior head of this organisation is such a ill person and he takes advantage with fellow women employees, doesn't know how to behave.The HR team does know all of this but never have the guts to question him or even ready to accept a complaint against.

Don't join this company. This company having one Clint Ford. They will add new technologies to resume and send to Ford client.they are interviewing new technologies .they are excepting more form new technologies.this company provide few interviews to client. You are not selected Clint interview .they are asking resignation letter.
