I have worked for 5 years and this company has always supported me and my team members. One of my team members had stroke, and CEO came to hospital to support him, wife and 2 kids. My team member was in ICU for 2 weeks and was out of work for 5 months. STG provided 100% support to my team member. STG treats me and my colleagues with integrity and family values. Plus, they have helped my career grow by giving me opportunity with different technologies.
Cons
Everyone will want to complain when they do not get what they want. I believe in earning my opportunity based on my actions and performance. STG has recognized my performance. I feel respected and trusted.
