      A great part-time job

      Pros

      We had a close working community and I made friends for life. Understanding line managers and a smooth way of dealing with issues.

      Cons

      Sometimes inflexible to educational commitments when working here while studying and working longer hours than contracted.

      Pros

      its not the typical retail environment, keeps it more interesting. Lots of specific terms that are only applicable to TK Maxx which makes you feel like you are part of something exclusive.

      Cons

      Can be challenging work to get done what is required in the time given by the managers. Leads to leaving shifts sometimes 2 hours later as the store can often become mayhem especially around Christmas - this is due to the way the clothes are all clumped together, they end up all over the floor.
