      If you're a casual or seasonal expect them to be very unorganised with your shifts

      Pros

      Friendly environment. Everyone is helpful and you get properly trained. There are opportunities to become casual if you're seasonal, and PT if you're casual.

      Cons

      Managers are super unorganised with giving shifts if you're not a PT or FT. Will give you shifts on days where you've told them you can't work. And if they don't like you then they'll forget to give you shifts for weeks
