Pros

A great place to meet lots of people and build initial connections. Can be a perfect stepping stone to start a career in retail.

Cons

Poor management: Systemic issues are never resolved. Management is irresponsible and tends to shift blame amongst themselves, leading to a culture where no one takes ownership of problems. Toxic Culture Towards New Hires: There is a cliquey culture among some long-term staff who collectively bully newcomers. They frequently shirk their duties and push extra work onto new employees. Unpredictable and Inconvenient Working Hours: The scheduling and shift patterns are often inconvenient and lack flexibility. Unreasonable Overtime Requests: Constant pressure to work overtime leads to an exhausted and burnt-out workforce.
