      Discounts and you get access to the best stock first.

      Cons

      Disrespectful customers who leave clothes everywhere, coffee cups and food packaging on shelves and everywhere but the bins. Never have enough staff on shift, you are expected to run around picking up after people while maintaining your department, blocking everything, curating with precision and jumping on and off the till.
