      Pros

      Co-workers are very friendly and always willing to help each other. Pay is above minimum wage. Break room is very nice and well kept with an xbox and big flat screen TV.

      Cons

      The Xbox and TV are only there for health and safety videos. They promise to pay for overtime but never do. No private changing areas for staff, this is done in the break room. Tk maxx dont take kindly to staff being sick or having family emergencies. Just another number to them. Not enough staff for the stores.
