      Pros

      Happy environment. Good work force. Helpful peers. Positive team work. Staff discount.

      Cons

      Dehydration on shift as not allowed water on shop floor. So if you need a drink you have to go to the staff room to get one.....a lot of the time you can't get away to do this as it is flat out busy, so you end up dehydrated therefore become tired and confused during the shift.

      Good wage and experience, nice colleagues

      Cons

      Management doesn't give enough hours or calls last minute to offer the shift. Very busy on the floor, messy, not enough staff.
