      Pros

      Great, big friendly team. Gained some valuable people skills. Pay was pretty good. Good discount, and often got some company extras, such as gift cards.

      Cons

      The company was extremely unorganised. When somebody was away or ill, the team fell through a but and we all had to work extra hard and try our best to stick to our schedule. Management needed to sort out their schedules and get a bit more organsied.

      Creative, in season with good trends at great prices. Always something to do commercially and fun.

      Cons

      Can be challenging sometimes as we don't know what's in our deliveries and managing time with low payroll.

      Pros

      Friendly team of staff, good for giving holiday.

      Cons

      Bad management , hours not given in a long notice for example sometimes only two days in advance. Lack of management respect for staff. Also expecting all of the holidays to be booked off by January for the whole year. Getting over time a month later so that the company gains inflation. Also the management were hiering staff on gender and looks.
