      Pros

      Good pay,nice environment,decent management. The staff are treated well,hard and efficient work is encouraged and praised.

      Cons

      Once you're on a specific contract it's hard to negotiate new hours,the rotas are done on a weekly basis even though they say they'll post 2-3 weeks in advance. Sometimes different members of management give different tasks to be done in the same time frame and you end up having to just do your best and let the rest go.

      Pros

      My colleagues are so friendly and are always there to help you out if the help is needed. The assistant managers are also really helpful. You also have opportunities to move up the career ladder

      The store manager can be so rude and not understanding. They can sometimes put too much pressure on the associates
