      Pros

      Good friendly people who you can have a laugh with. Salary isnt too bad either.

      Cons

      Management are useless, all they do is sit down all day and then expect you to work harder to reach daily targets.

      Pros

      Tk maxx has great work ethics , makes you work hard and gain good social skills customer relations and is fast passed type if work .

      Cons

      when you get to management level you have to be good with managing peoples individual needs be truly ethical and say good buy to weekends off at Christmas and busy seasons. But douse pay well for a retail position in the UK .
