      Pros

      Creative, in season with good trends at great prices. Always something to do commercially and fun.

      Cons

      Can be challenging sometimes as we don't know what's in our deliveries and managing time with low payroll.

      Pros

      Friendly team of staff, good for giving holiday.

      Cons

      Bad management , hours not given in a long notice for example sometimes only two days in advance. Lack of management respect for staff. Also expecting all of the holidays to be booked off by January for the whole year. Getting over time a month later so that the company gains inflation. Also the management were hiering staff on gender and looks.

      Pros

      Works well with my studies and the pay is amazing for my age. Worked here since I turned 16 and it's seen me through school and university. My current pay is £7.14 an hour, I work weekends on an 8 hour contract and their is always overtime going. 10% discount plus 20% off on selected weekends.

      Cons

      Too many good brands so often your wage is gone just after pay day. It's a monthly wage which may not suit everyone (Personally I love this). Early starts are common, trading hours are 7am till 8
