Pros
The job allows you to work in a variety of departments meaning you don't get bored of a set area of work however seeing as I'm the newest member of the team I tend to just get stuck on the fitting room for 6 hours at a time. There is a friendly feel among the associates and everyone has a laugh.
Cons
Management is shocking and I assumed this was just at my store however after speaking to associates from other stores I get the feel this is the general way the store is run. Rotas are done last minute and given out the day before the set week starts meaning you're unable to change your shifts. There is a lack of communication between top management in store and the associates. Myself and my fellow associates feel we are spoken down to regularly and treated as if we aren't there or as if we don't work hard.
