      Pros

      Some great staff, a lot of training (in some stores) that is transferable to other jobs, opportunities to grow if you want too, if you want extra hours you normally get them, with so many different processes there's more to do than in other stores so you're kept busy.

      Cons

      Sometimes management forget that part time employees are full time students and expect way too much - I was expected to work instead of sitting one of my exams and was told I was 'being unreasonable' when I refused, so I left the company at that point.
