      The pay is alright and the hours are okay.

      Cons

      The management is really poor and you are overworked. The work you do is unappreciated and getting promoted is through bias or connections. Not rewarding at all and you soon realise there is no point in working hard. Work environment is very toxic and gossip is the worst.
