      A rollercoaster with ups and downs

      + 4 day weekend once a month + Work-Life balance is good + Seeing the new stock first + 10% discount on already cheap items

      Cons

      -Low salary -Despite the work-life balance being good, hours can be long and the schedule is not for everyone. -Customers are very disrespectful (messy, shop lifting, rude etc) quite possibly the worst customer base I have ever dealt with in my 20 years of retail. I am not exaggerating. - Very detached office personnel, they have no idea what it's like in store day to day
