      Pros

      The management team, team leaders and my coworkers were all really nice and helpful. I enjoyed my short period of my employment. everything systematic and sincerer. If I had changes in my personal schedule I just had to tell them in advance and my manager would re-schedule (I requested this only once)

      Cons

      One challenge was MASS HIRING by the company, which sometimes resulted in limited working hours. While this may benefit the company operationally, it can make it difficult for employees to secure consistent hours and income, particularly in a city like London where living costs are SO HIGH. This was my main concern, although I recognise that this is a common issue across similar roles and organisations.
