      Supportive management Flexible with small contracts Job rotation e.g flowing stock, cashier, processing delivery, maintenance Great work/life balance, no texts on days off

      Cons

      Lack of overtime for first few months of year a lot of 4 hour shifts, can be hard to 'go full time' when doing 6 4hour days for 24h when that can be done in 3 days in an office.
