Management often change their values based on who they are talking to. Hard to swap shifts. Often understaffed

The whole job itself, worked there for years and I have never seen a company go so far downhill so fast! When the new CFO joined TJX Europe in charge of tk maxx it went down hill rapidly. We were back to minimum wage, over worked, under appreciated and the worst part is the management were forced to rub in our faces the ‘profits’ we took each day whilst some people were struggling to even survive as hours were cut more and more each week. I have never seen a faster turn around of staff than tk maxx. The management changed hands and became unbearable to work with! You are also giving hope that climbing up in the company is possible but it’s not if your face doesn’t fit. There’s barely any opportunity anyways.
