      Pros

      You can adjust your hours to suit you throughout the year. The only time where it might be difficult to do that is the Christmas period Fortunately the store I working at has nice people therefore creating a good work environment Good opportunity to know your colleagues from different stores and your store as there are a few parties throughout the year so you can get to know them socially as well as professionally.

      Cons

      Only part time contracts for store associates I have yet to see a full time contract (40hrs) for a store associate
