Competent salary with bonuses. Friendly workmates. The work situation may have improved due to management changes. Internal education to progress through other departments.

Cons

Overtime abuse (constantly forced to leave later and have to give explanations when wanting to leave on schedule) (may have changed with the newer management team). Difficulties in being promoted even after they already agreed on it. Employees needs were sometimes ignored.
