Pros

Not super competitive Relaxed work environment Newly renovated work space

Cons

Management can be variable Can be hard to move around within the company especially since the merger with Sprint Some teams/organizations are very anti work from home Takes a long time to get promoted if you don't move teams Pay is very dependent on your official title that is constrained by the team you are on and their respective titles
