Great Company With a Fun Environment!

Pros

Fun environment, always giving out free swag to employees, great benefits, there is always something new happening with T-Mobile especially revolving around 5G, the CEO is amazing and makes you want to work for T-Mobile, lots of opportunities to grow and move around in the company

Cons

-Low pay compared to market -Inability to adjust the associate engineers pay who have been at T-Mobile longer than those most recently hired
