Great co-workers. Excellent network. Some perks.

Cons

Total lack of direction from executive leadership. Managers had to devise a direction to take their team only to hear that's not the direction we need to go but no feedback on where we need to go with our team. There is no direction from executive leadership for management to execute. ZERO transparency.
