Pros
I was able to take several trainings internally and was able to think out of the box with my managers, not a ton of upward mobility unless you feel like moving around the country. I would definitely go back and work for Damon LoSchiavo’s organization again, he did a great job as our director then VP.
Cons
a lot of manual solutions, but it forced you to problem solve every day
