The nature of the position itself can be a bit stressful but T-Mobile does everything they can to help you.

As any job burnout is a thing. The managers cannot take criticisms and the things you will get pulled aside to discuss are ridiculous. The communication through relay is poor, the consistency is all but non existent, and as much as they promote feedback management will constantly say that this or that should be discussed in private, this is not the platform for it, and will blindly defend the company like it's the best job in the world. It's not. It's alright.
