      Pros

      Lots of variety. Rarely have someone looking over your shoulder....instead you typically are treated like you know what you should be focused on, and are doing it.

      Cons

      I love working there, but would never recommend it to anyone else....think frog in boiling water.

      I slept with all my smoke detectors turned off so a fire would kill and I wouldn’t have to go into work
