Pros

Plenty of swag and employee all-hands meetings for corporate employees.

Cons

T-Mobile's corporate teams do not foster a culture of career development or professional individual empowerment. Beyond the performative mentorship programs and low-impact learning and development tools, their leadership offers zero organizational training or references to actually help its junior/mid-level staff level up in their careers. Leadership waves vague promises of promotions or raises to keep you working hard, and then stall or rescind those commitments on subjective, non-performance based observations. It's only when an employee is one foot out the door with another offer that they are willing to give them what they deserve.

Pros

Amazing benefits TMobile benefits are second to none $500 year toward health costs Childcare credits 75% employee discount on cellular services Opportunity for growth Good starting salary Many chances to increase income with performance based bonuses not I clding sales bonuses

Cons

Loud disruptive environment Very aggressive sales goals Escalated cases are often handled by rude coaches/supervisors Legitimate Customer complaints are resolved by making the customer whole from wrongdoing on the company’s part but are negotiated to credit the customer for a portion of what they deserve
