      Pros

      As a mom, I am able to work part-time and have amazing health insurance, flexible hours, tons of pto, childcare subsidy. I was able to take 3 months of maternity leave and very accomodating of my pumping upon returning to work. It is a fun atmosphere to work. Money is great. Management is awesome. Our CEO is the best in the industry and we're really changing the way wireless works. I am very grateful to work for T-Mobile.

      Cons

      It would be cool if there were more office type jobs available closer to where I live. Now, they are mostly in Washington state.

      Pretty decent pay, they don't intrude into your personal life until you get to a supervisory position, awesome facilities, they go to a lot of trouble to try to make you feel inspired

      Cons

      Under all the positive messages, management is very numbers-oriented. This can lead to situations where an awful supervisor is allowed to get away with making employees miserable because they've taken credit for positive team results. I've seen it several times.
