Commission structure keeps changing to pay less and less each year; easy to be fired— different leaders do different things so you could be taught to do something that is not ok and then boom out of no where you’re fired because you did xyz even though you’ve done it 100 times before and no one said anything or told you different, no coaching just boom gone. Which I feel also makes it easy to be targeted. If someone doesn’t like you they can just report any random behavior which you were taught to do and never knew you weren’t supposed to do.
