Pros

Not too many pros - the employee wireless plan discount is good

Cons

*Management lied to the government to get the Sprint merger approved on the grounds that it would create 11000 new jobs. After the merger was completed, they promptly laid off 20000 employees. * Layoffs, restructurings and re-orgs are extremely common, much more than at any other Fortune 500 company. * Below-market compensation except for a handful of the CEO's men who are paid astronomical sums of money even as ordinary workers are laid off * Lied to customers about holding rates fixed, then launched new higher-priced plans in place of the older ones.
