Pros

get commission, not too hard of a job, get shouted out and get points that can be put towards real money prizes.

Cons

they are starting to get people in trouble for not using t-mobile's new online systems on the customers' phones. it has a ll kinds of problems, but when your % gets below a certain level, you can get written up. It isnt your fault though so thats a little frustrating. deal with a lot of crazies,

Pros

Great work life balance and management; nice people and interesting work

Cons

Upward trajectory is a big question as there is a lot of middle managers. Not a lot of cool benefits like at tech companies or law firms (e.g., fitness perks, amenities in offices). Hybrid in office requirement.
