Pros

Met some great people, company lunches.

Cons

The most unprofessional sales organization I think I will be apart of. The managers think they’re the best thing since sliced bread, but if they had to be the ones selling and doing the job, 2 maybe 3 could realistically do it. The organization and direction of the business has tanked drastically. They’re currently going through reorganizations and are pulling mid market and are now taking an approach of turning virtual business sales into a glorified retail store over the phone and email. Favoritism and work politics plays and determines of huge part of your success, and that is not how a successful business or channel operates. To which they’re living in the downfall now. Lastly the workload and everything else you do just isn’t worth it. You end up getting underpaid even if you were to take promotions, and it hasn’t justified any happiness or “want” to continue to work there. Only take this job if it is honestly your last option.
