Pros

Decent pay (after the mandate) Average benefits

Cons

Subpar equipment Super micromanaged Focus on unimportant topics Ignoring important topics Tools are slow or don’t work Sister facilities are not run the same (i.e. phone time requirements, allowed amount of PTO, etc.) Anti WFH, only doing some because Sprint did before. Just want to emphasize the parties to hide the poor working environment. Don’t pay attention when workload is off balance and some reps are working weekends to keep up.
