Pros

Generous paid time off Behind the times so you can be a learner at a senior level

Cons

Tunnel-vision, single tracked minded management and employees On track to fall into the prepay market but could be premier prepay by overtaking the likes of MetroPCS, if dismembered and sold off in pieces to other telecom/cable companies Company unlikely to exist in 1-2 years Innovation? No iPhone/iPad line is a sure way to avoid the high-end contract consumers and stay in the prepay market.

Pros

The scale of T-Mobile means that there is a large engineering group for the wireless systems. And, the IT group is very large, and many projects that needs components from both sides. So, that means large, complex, and challenging technology and projects.

Cons

Staff treated poorly by management, and significantly overworked in the technical and IT areas. Tactical, reactionary decisions. Projects are date-driven, without regard for the technical and resource limitations. Projects would get into trouble because of poor prioritization and unrealistic expectations, then the PM would get thrown under the bus. Revolving door of contract resources led to the feeling of instability.
