Lax environment. Former flexibility, former high bonus ($1500+) to compensate for unrealistic stress including violent threats and sexual harassment.

Cons

They reward unskilled poor performance, bad actors and contribute to the detriment of society through corporate welfare and fraud. Do not get pregnant or have a disability working here.

You get discount on service that barely works . Company owners are very engaged . Clean store with covid guidelines

Cons

T-mobile Service is the worst thing to ever happen to America . stressful job , people always return product due to quality of service . We constantly have to lie to achieve goals as management can’t find another way to provide better service . The pay never gets better and you never get a raise . Promotions are like demotions , overall bad experience for employees and customers .
