Pros

- Monthly bonus if you meet metrics - Metrics clearly outlined - coworkers friendly and supportive - on-site leadership is supportive - work resources about policies and changes easy to access and find - opprotunities to get experience in potential jobs of interest on stretches - specific culture teams you can join; ex veterans, disabilities, etc. - anyone at any level can join - PTO every 2 weeks, get 40hrs upon hire, cant use for several months/out of probation

Cons

- bonus changes often mean progressively lower potential bonuses - difficult to move up due to limited opprotunities opening - when doing stretches you dont recieve the pay someone permenantly in that role would, same hourly and you can lose all bonuses associated with the months you were on a stretch (ex: if a stretch ends july 1st the system may not give you a bonus for metrics for july) - company that manages FMLA is difficult to work with and will have an absurdly large amount of paperwork they will need medical staff to fill out. - accomodations can take an excessive time to be processed. They will tell you to use the accomdation as described until approved officially. This will use up any PTO you acquire AND if the accomodation is denied you will be responsible for any early leaves, hours taken off, etc. Will retroactively be applied which can lead to punishment for unauthorized early leaves- can cause you to be auto-terminated - sicktime + PTO pull from the same pool, so if youre sick it does eat into time off - calls are back to back usually. Time between calls js very rare.
