Pros

The benefits are awesome, the pay is good and if you’re bonusing the pay can be great. The workplace environment is casual and open-minded, very liberal with all different kinds of people. There are opportunities for advancement if you perform well.

Cons

We handled almost all types of account issues, including very complex ones, so there is a lot of information to try to maintain. It’s hard to keep up with everything, and when coworkers are making mistakes, it makes your job harder too. Profit and loss model makes you responsible for the success of everyone on your team, which can be very frustrating and disheartening when your pay is held back by factors beyond your control. Customers are crazy so the job is stressful. Work environments can be toxic; a lot of workers in the Richmond office seem to have a dramatic middle school mentality.
