Pros

Very high pay rate Very good benefits same for full/part-time besides vacation and sick time.

Cons

Is NOT part time and will use the excuse “hours can vary with business needs” to schedule you a flat 38 hours.

Pros

T-Mobile had great benefits and they truly seem to care about their employees. I had several leadership changes and I always had a great experience. Some teams felt like family.

Cons

Getting more strict about in office attendance. Hard to manage post-covid work life balance requirements. Offices were in dense tech areas and pay was not competitive in markets to have to be onsite.

Cons

Micromanaging from senior leadership has become ridiculous Sales people are no longer sales people here at T-Mobile. You are now glorified t-life app support. No work life balance you, you never have holidays off etc. T-mobile is actively killing their frontline
