Pros

They have cheap cell service.

Cons

Poor leadership alignment with product, 90% of the code is brittle/untested, way behind in tech, employees are forced to work unpaid overtime, overruled by Infosys (who will play dirty to maintain "control"), everyone is constantly drained, nobody shares their camera during meetings. New managers every month.

Store managers and district manager just move you around every few months. You have to engage in office politics and only to still be pushed to kiss up to your managers even though you are performing your duties
