Pros

Good compensation, opportunities to make friendships in fellow colleagues, and great benefits.

Cons

Scheduling, not every employee is treated equal, somewhat toxic sales environment/systems.

Pros

T-Mobile has great pay, benefits and perks. Generous on vacation and flexibility for time off.

Cons

Oh, where does one start? As part of the merger I was on the wrong side of the color wheel. Yellow was smashed out, despite all the promises of employee growth. Made it 3 years before 22 of us in Merchandising were suddenly cut as part of the 5000 person layoff. OUCH. Other items. Flexibility to WFH went away after the pandemic, despite 95% of our KC interaction being with the Bellevue office and working with vendors. They wanted you in that SEAT. Ridiculous overarching mandate considering individual circumstances. Management took lots of feedback surveys, yet took no action to make positive changes. They will reorg you into a new career, and not help you get back into your prior career path and act like they have no idea how to help you with your career development.
